very bad experience, the seller sells rebuilt parts from another co. and seems to not know how the pump works. The seller would not help me and would only refer me back to the co. he buys from. I lost business and good customers because his product failed and he was unwilling to replace it.

This is false feedback and simply not true. We do not sell rebuilt parts, all the parts we sell are used OE takeoffs. This buyer did not reach out for help and we don't have any other companies we refer our buyers to, we handle everything ourselves. All our orders come with a 30 day warranty, for a FULL refund. This buyer never tried to start a return request for a refund. If they did, we would've gladly issued a full refund. Thank you and God bless!
