The part I ordered was defective. When i tried to return it, the seller pressured me to cancel the return in order to receive a refund. According to EBay’s policies, if you cancel a return, you cannot reopen the case for a refund. I asked the seller if there was a way for them to issue the refund without me canceling the return, which I happen to know there is. They refused to answer the question and kept pressuring me to cancel the return. I contacted EBay and they helped resolve the issue.
