Helmet was listed as new (i.e. never used, original packaging, tags , etc.) I agree the item looked unworn, but it didn't come in original box and it had paint scuffs (white wall paint on helmet) from rubbing on a wall without being in box or helmet bag (those aren't reflections in pic with logo). All the tags /information/accessories were included and I was able to clean the paint scuffs off, mostly. Item should have at least been listed "New (other)". I'm not unhappy, but not thrilled either.
