Received the item broken due to VERY poor packaging. Shipping was very slow with them giving weak excuses as to why. They refused to return our money and their response was "I did package the item very well and marked the item fragile very well please request full refund from shipper. Thanks and sorry for any inconvenience." We had to ask ebay to get involved and, with their help, was finally able to get our money back.
