    Changing from Negative to Neutral as seller is saying my package was lost due to no fault of their own. That is fine but I received absolutely zero messages from the seller the whole time I was reporting the package as delayed and asking for a refund. I understand it wasn t sellers fault but a little communication goes a long way.

    Well, I did Reply, but I was also waiting to see if for some reason it was going to be returned to me, which happens quite often. I immediately reached out to USPS and I heard of a delay from Postal service with mail going to Texas after hurricane Beryl, I didn't realize I needed to communicate on a daily basis. I am still hopeful you get your item, and I'm sorry I let you down....that sure wasn't my intentions. I would have sent a new pack, but since there is a delay of shipping.... Why?
