Ordered a super Mario banana keychain on April 29, tracking info provided may 1 with expected arrival may 6. Never arrived. Contacted seller and was told to wait. I waited 5 more business days and filed a claim, seller changed shipping info so the sent and arrival dates drastically changed. It now said a sent date of may 6th instead and the 16th for resolution. Now I have to wait even longer to get my money back through the process. This was a major waste of time, money, and energy.

I do apologize for the delay that is happening with this order. I unfortunately have no control over the post office once it leaves my hands at the counter. I do not have any way to alter shipping information, nor does any other seller on this app. In the state of GA there is a major delay with USPS, one of the cities being the one your package is currently at waiting to be delivered from. If I had more information to give to you I would. Again, I do apologize this is taking longer than expected
