You ordered the wrong part. Not my fault. I don't know what type of appliance you have! I described it well, there was no "lack of description" and anyone can see that if they click the listing. Standard water filters. The model number is in the title and photos. Maybe this was just too advanced for you to attempt, perhaps call a repairman if you can't match a five digit model number to the filter you're replacing.

No, it did not. Look at the buyers "feedback left for others", every 5th purchase they make they falsely claim the item smells like smoke. I don't smoke, nobody smokes these days. Buyer attempts feedback extortion with this outdated "trick".
Of all the 2400 items I've sold, how come only this CERAMIC MUG "smelled like smoke"? Statistically and physically impossible.
I bet if anyone were to survey the other sellers, half of them probably caved to a refund request. I will not be extorted.
