The process to return it and receive my large refund was difficult. I did not want to contact Ebay unless I felt I would not receive my refund. The compay made no attempt to reach out to provide a replacement item or apologize for any problems. I ended up having to call them directly three times to get this return resolved. I received my refund after approximately three weeks.
