One of the prongs of the light saber on my Star Wars nutcracker came broke. I messaged to see if I could have some sort of refund. Wasn’t looking for a full refund. They explained that I could return it, but by that time I had fixed it myself. But who knows if the next one wouldn’t come broken as well. Communication was alright up until the last message I sent no one ever responded. It is fixed now not noticeable. Their photo shows the exact prong that was broke, but was advertised as new.
