I purchased the a rack mount kit for an HP PROliant and received one for Dell PowerEdge instead.
I’m not satisfied with the response from the seller as well. I’m no sure how they could be mixed up and hope the process in figuring it out for others is improved. However, this wasted a week of progress on my end and pushed for a refund.
