Buyer purchased a battery from this seller on 06/06/2024 and received order on 06/11/2024. Upon receiving, the battery was defective meaning the it only retain 6% charge per Windows system info. So this seller had being contacted regarding defective issue on the same date receiving. About three days later, the seller suggest give it charge over 20 hours, but it still will not work; The battery also appeared to be different from as "genuine" per its listing. Seller refused prompt refund.
