Talked me out of buying from them after giving me a big discount on my Best Offer ? Had to buy elsewhere? Somebody goofed up? They kept making excuses to not send me the roof rack at an agreed upon lower price? 4 emails back and forth, saying they didn’t want me to get a product I wouldn’t be happy with, or be unable to mount? I insisted I was quite capable, but they kept making excuses why they wouldn’t send it ? So I said send me my refund, which they did.
