The packaging was not a box but a bag. Possibly this is why the jewellery arrived bent out of shape. The pin on both earrings were bent and the earrings were also bent in relation to each other. have tried to straighten it. The workmanship itself was not great. Two stones are missing, three are so dull it gives the appearance that they are missing too.
