Il venditore mi ha fornito un etichetta ma non viene accettata dalle poste, ho chiesto diverse volte tramite email ma senza risposta dal venditore , all'ennesima email ha risposto scusandosi e che mi avrebbe subito mandato la nuova etichetta ma sono passati 5 giorni ma dell'etichetta nessuna traccia.
