I placed an order for a 3ds through them that hadn't shipped for three weeks. After contacting the seller twice, I had to contact eBay. Once I did, the seller promptly refunded me. Because their prices are excellent and their reviews are great as well, I placed another order. This one took a week to ship but it arrived in around two days which was excellent. The 3ds is in much worse condition than described. Was not cleaned at all, has a broken bottom screen and a yellowing top screen.
