Il 22/05 contatto il venditore per chiedere la possibilità di cambiare l'oggetto accollandomi le spese di spedizione. Ricevo risposta positiva. Il 23/05 rispedisco l'oggetto al venditore con Posta 1 e con anche il francobollo per la rispedizione. Il 05/06 non avendo ricevuto più nulla chiedo al venditore un aggiornamento. Mi viene risposto che devo pagare la nuova spedizione. Faccio presente di aver inviato il francobollo. Il 07/06 ricevo le scuse poi non ho ricevuto più nulla. Deplorevole
