    Waited almost three weeks but the item I ordered never shipped. I understand being busy around this time of year, but the lack of communication from the seller was incredibly frustrating, and I ultimately decided to request a refund because if I kept waiting, I soon wouldn't be able to properly receive the item.

    I really like the system, and it works very well. The seller included instructions on how to change the region from Japan which allows me to play North American games on it, and in English. Only downside is that it wasn't cleaned before shipping so it was covered in cigarette smoke residue which wasn't great, but isopropyl alcohol wipes took it right off. Overall great experience, good price, fast shipping (much faster than expected), and I am overall satisfied with the experience.
