Never received. Invalid tracking. Purchased May 30th, refund from eBay July 25th. Seller wanted me to close case and wait for another to be shipped

So, you are saying this is my fault because you did not ship? I opened a case and asked for a refund. Your response was to wait and you would send another. I did not want to wait due to the first item showed no movement with tracking provided. I asked for a refund instead. You ignored my message. I asked to get ebay involved and THEY closed the case not me. And it was because of invalid tracking. Nothing else. You need to get your story correct and stop making things up
