      After waiting nearly 4 weeks item still wasn't delivered. After contacting Ebay was refunded by them.

      I see that this buyer finally receive the flasher from USPS Ebay had stated that because of the bad weather they would not let the seller suffer with a bad feedback because of USPS weather problems- They have done nothing-I have no problem with like but the buyer made out as he now has a FREE flasher Tried to file a claim with USPS- They stated they did deliver the item claim denied
