I explained to the seller that the tracking number they provided me in a separate message stated it was delivered to another state. I explained that I really needed this part to complete a project, and I got a response that I was refunded my money. Refunding me doesn't help my situation as I waited for this part for roughly a week. They had 6 available and they refuse to send another to make things right. Poor customer service with resolution.
