There was a lot of confusion with the tracking and why the package couldn’t be delivered. Then when it was finally delivered to the secondary shipper, the grille piece was scanned and signed for as damaged. The box was open. Upon first look, it was all there and only one scratch, so kept sending it on. Come to find out, one whole side that goes around headlight was broken off. We ultimately just needed the part, so improvised by connecting current trim around headlight to the new grille piece.
