Purtroppo per problematiche familiari il negozio è stato chiuso per circa 20 giorni. lasso di tempo in cui lei ha cercato di contattarci. mi spiace che abbia potuto pensare che ci sia stata noncuranza da parte nostra sul farci carico di una controversia (poi risolta direttamente da ebay). nel caso abbia ancora bisogno del ricambio la invito a riacquistare il prodotto, in caso contrario le porgo i nostri saluti scusandoci ancora del disagio recato.
