the plumber said the parts if needed replace anything to do with the faucet were unusual and it may that he may not be able to replace them. Would like to have been given more information about the brand and how to get parts in the description.

The faucet is PERFECT for our whirlpool bathtub. Very easy to install (20 minutes and would have been less but the access point was tricky) and great instructions. Very fast delivery!! It came 3 days earlier than the original receive date which was wonderful because we installed it to be ready to relax in for the weekend. Overall great experience, kudos to racemktng.
