      Working with the vendor was easy. They were quick to respond to inquiries and were helpful when double-checking the compatibility with my motorcycle. The product did take a long time to ship based off the fact that they needed to send the exhaust to the factory to be powder coated as it did not have a black one already in stock. But again, communication was frequent. Installing this exhaust was no easy feat potentially because of the Powder coating which made it a little bit more difficult.
