The item arrived in timely fashion, and as described. I was able to attach it to my truck securely and right where it was supposed to go. Two issues, tho'. The plate frame is plastic, and no padding was used. It arrived whole, but it seems like some bubble wrap would be helpful. Other issue is not with the seller but with the product. I have specialty plate screws, and the holes in the frame are too small. I'm going to try to tap them out; hopefully the plastic will hold up.
