    At the end, I did received the part, late. This is a problem that doesnt have to do with sellers/buyers, its USPS that shows their trackings as "DEIVERED" when its not. If you read closely the tracking, they mean they delivered to a "DELIVERY AGENT" who will then deliver to buyer 3-8 days later. In the meantime it creates all this confusion and claims to ebay. All the parts I order are for clients that need the parts fast and this process is one week later than what it should, bad experience.
