The seller claimed "issues with eBay Global Shipping" for the item. As a buyer, I do not have all of the facts. So I do not know if the real issue is with eBay global shipping -or- shipping cost to the seller was too great for the seller to absorb with the "buy it now, free international shipping". So overall the experience was "neutral".
