However, within minutes when I initially placed the order, I realized that I had a problem with what the earrings Metal was made of, and I immediately requested cancellation of my order. However, you misrepresented the facts that you told eBay, and they granted your decision to not cancel the order. I don’t consider this action as being good customer service.
