It was shipped to me without a label, box or inserts that would normally be available if it were in fact a DVD. It does in fact load and play. I have not played the whole movie. I feel if this info had been identified by the seller I would not have purchased the item. I feel the reason the seller does not take returns is they know the product they are selling will not meet the customer's expectations.
