My audiologist said battery is shot, can only be serviced by mfr. through an audiologist, which I confirmed with mfr. Repair would cost more for each than I paid for the pair. Seller claims they were fine when shipped but my audiologist said that made no sense. Seller won't take return, or replace. Not saying seller knew or did it on purpose, and I know eBay has its risks. Just writing exactly what happened.
