They misrepresented the product and now I have to try to get out to send it back. I’m very sick and not receiving a crucial piece of equipment like the hooks for an IV Pole makes it very hard to do my treatments. I’ve had to purchase another pole because this one didn’t have hooks and they have none to send, so that tells me they knew they was selling an incomplete product. Medical equipment = sick patient WHY ?
