Looks slightly used(small scratch) , comes with everything, all ports work, charge time is as advertised and battery life is on par with similar test i saw on youtube. I was able to run a heater at 500 to 510w for about 50 minutes. My river 2 pro did about the same but it was up around 700w the whole time. They still have one left and I suggest you get it. 139 cant be beat
