He did offer to refund the money but insisted I pay for the return shipping, I felt that was his responsibility. You listed this item as a new, unused, “open box” item, after examining the item you sent it’s obviously a used item that clearly shows signs of multiple usage that strongly suggest you deliberately miss represented this item, a clear violations of eBay rules and guidelines. I will be notifying them and providing them with photos showing your deception and hopefully they will take the appropriate actions...
