Buyer has received a full refund - we have no control over International Shipping by eBay or the time it takes to go through custom. Buyer wanted a deal even before the auction had closed and wanted me to give a 50% refund and wanted to keep the (defective?) item. I couldn't agree with this and ask for him to return the item. I assume this has not been his plan.
