I ordered several albums, the seller packed them all in a single box made of thin cardboard and put no any packing materials at all. As a result - the box arrived with a hole and all 4 abums got damaged. The seller offered a small partial refund and then blocked me from purchasing again from them. No refund is still issued and he doesn’t reply to my messages! Horrible customer experience!

Albums were securely packed with rigid cardboard . Testimony will tell you our packaging is always secure and safe. It would not be the first time the USPS has grossly mishandled a package.
