These placemats are much smaller than they appear in photo. They are barely larger than a dinner plate, completely useless. Seller refused to accept return so I am now eating the cost. I myself am a seller and I always accept return, it is a cost of doing business and sellers can write off this expense, unlike buyers. Also, $15.70 shipping is totally unreasonable. The actual shipping cost for this item via USPS with seller discount is 4.95.

The listing not had the measurements of the placemats photographed and this is directly from listing "These measure 11x15.5 with fringe included and are smaller than traditional placemats making them perfect for placing under decorative items around the house for a pop of color."
