I immediately notified the seller the watch was DEFECTIVE and this was his response: "This is ridiculous that we are dealing with you. We cannot deal with any more of your demands... Feel free to do a return on eBay" Pretty poor business practice. He sells me a Defective watch and I'm the bad guy. JERKS!
