Absolutely horrendous service. The tailgate I ordered was packaged terribly and consequently was badly damaged in transit. I contacted them 7 minutes after delivery to advise and didn’t receive a response. After much chasing the eBay return status was updated to say “seller has sent a postage label”, which was a lie. This is a huge pallet so needs to be collected by the firm that delivered. No further response from seller so PayPal case has been opened. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!
