    Genuine Subzero has a 24 hr. timer not 6 hr. Unfortunately, I did not discover this before installing the replacement which I have has to remove as it defrosts the freezer too often.

    This review is incorrect. The part shipped (7014648) is a genuine Sub-Zero OEM defrost timer with a 6hr/21min cycle, exactly as stated in the listing and verified by factory specs. No 24hr timer exists for this part. The buyer did not contact us for compatibility help prior to purchase.
