The item was supposed to be brand new but just looking at the condition of it there's no way there's all kinds of glue on the outside where it's been repaired yeah it's a far cry from new.

We tried working with you when you contacted us and we emailed you back right away to get this resolved. There is exterior glue on all our rock tumbler barrels since this happens in manufacturing. We also offered you to "return it" and we would refund you or send you a new one.
