The seller got back to me after I had left a review. He was very apologetic that he cd player didn t work (shipping damage?) and was anxious to make things right. He gave me three options, all of which were reasonable. After consideration, we agreed the best solution was for him to give me a refund. That happened very quickly and I am very satisfied with the outcome -- though disappointed the cd player didn t work. Throughout our interactions the seller was very easy to work and pleasant.

I would not do business with this seller. I purchased the item and FedEx stated that a label was created the next day. The item apparently was never shipped. I contacted the seller with no response. I had to contact eBay. The seller responded to eBay, by telling me he would search for the item. Never heard back from the seller and eBay is processing my refund.

My apologies this transaction did not go as planned for either one of us. I should have contacted you sooner and for that I am sorry. It doesn’t make up for the inconvenience but a full refund has been processed. Still cannot locate the package as fedex technically never scanned it in after drop off.
