The book is in nice shape, and shipping was quick. I appreciate that. I purchased this book to rediscover the old ways of cooking- meaning, using real ingredients. This copy was revised for the 1960's, and so, you will need to expect the ingredients lists to reflect that time period. Like the breads call for milk powder. The notes are the most valuable, so don't skip them. Adelle Davis was a brilliant Nutriotnist, and tells it like is or was.
