The item didn't arrive on the date it should have. It was 3day delivery and should have arrived on a Friday I was updated that it would arrive on a Saturday it didn't arrive until a Monday.On the page it stated Royal mail delivery yet it was delivered by another courier. I was not in when it arrived fortunately it had been put to one side of my porch and was still there when j got home.
