My book arrived yesterday, 6/5/24. As per the seller's description it was/is in "Like New" condition (despite the bare minimal packaging---a gray Mylar type plastic envelope only). There was a 1/2" to 3/4" tear on the lower binding portion of the dust jacket---otherwise it would've qualified for "Mint" condition. Very pleased with the transaction! Thank you very much greatbookprices1!
