I received my item broken. There are two pegs missing from the board right at the centre which is crucial to building designs. I contacted the seller and they offered a 10% discount. I said I would like a new one sent since it was unable to be used properly. The seller then offered a 30% discount. I still insisted on receiving what I paid for and now the seller is not responding. So now I have paid for an item I cannot use.
