Buyer purchased a pre-made ready to ship red and black lei. In the checkout notes she asked for a totally different color to be custom created. Buyer never communicated anything about a special order prior to the purchase. These handmade leis require days to create with special ordered ribbon. This was an impossible request and if she had asked me before she ordered I could have explained this to her. I am very let down that she doesn’t understand and left me a negative feedback. I’m so sorry.
