      Chair was listed as "new" condition, but the chair I received had multiple issues such as an area that had been glued and another area that had been cracked and clearly repaired. When I sent the seller pictures of the issues, they didn't apologize, so I think it's clear they knew it was a used and damaged item. And once they received the item back, I had to get Ebay involved to get refund. Buyer beware - seller will likely try to resell this defective, dangerous item to next unsuspecting buyer.

      I appreciate your comment but don't understand the complete lack of communication during the return process or why I had to get eBay involved to get a refund after you'd received the item and had it back for nearly a week. I would still advise buyers to be cautious of this seller, as there were multiple defects in the chair that could not have been missed, and the seller lacks communication skills and is not quick to issue a refund, even after a case has been opened on eBay.
