Order arrived eventually and was packaged well. Item appears to have been accurately described and works well drawing 7 watts full speed providing a small gust. I did have trouble with the remote control not working on either ( purchased 2 fans) The red light comes on but nothing happens- I will try changing the battery in the remotes- ran fans for 3 hours straight no issues- Humms along
