These LEDs do not fit standard 1156 sockets. The problem is the locking tabs are not directly across from each other, but instead are offset by 30 degrees. This prevents them from inserting into a standard 1156 socket used on most American autos and motorcycles. In addition, the LEDs are not current loaded which causes them to blink very fast on vehicles with clicker type flashers, as the LEDs do not draw the same current.
