This item was used for less than 2 weeks. Printed apprx 20 designs and machine malfunctioned. Got with service center and they REFUSED to replace the printhead which I'd STILL in the replacement time frame. They were rude and said it was not their problem. Now I am CERTAIN they will not honor any part of their contact. I am asking EBAY to step in
